Karina Halhjem
Administration and accounting are her middle names. She is both efficient and successful in her profession as a top accountant.

She has, however, crunched enough numbers in her life and has let herself be inspired. She is inspired by salsa dance and music, and she is inspired by good training methods and the quest for better health.
 
Why is she so inspired by this? The answer is simple. Karina has come across instructors who are highly skilled and professional in their chosen fields. In addition these instructors are passionate about what they are doing and passionate about the transfer of their well of knowledge, motivation and positive energy to their clients.

'I have first hand experienced and seen that the challenges that most of us are faced with are due to hectic lifestyles and inactivity'.

The Step-By-Step idea occurred in an attempt to answer how one can incorporate training & activity in to your daily routine, whilst making a positive step to towards improve your health.

Mark Gee Professional fitness trainer and Triple Winter Olympian.
 
Served in the British Army for 16 years with the 2nd Royal Tank Regiment. Army Physical Training instructor and national athlete.
Mark has competed for Great Britain at three Winter Olympic Games (Lillehammer 1994, Nagano 1998, Salt Lake 2002) in the winter sport of Biathlon (cross-country skiing and target rifle shooting).
National team athlete for 14 years (1990 - 2004), Mark has raced in 127 Biathlon World Cups and 10 biathlon world championships during his skiing career.

Moved to Norway in 2004, Mark has worked in the Elixia system as a fitness instructor and personal trainer (Elixia PT Pro) for the last 5 years before beginning with the step-by-step concept.

A good balance between a strong body - strong mind are key to good health!

Alexis Ruiz Originally from Antigua, Guatemala. Specialist in Latino dances is also a gifted percussionist, instructor and music creator. 

Alexis is now based in Norway after a successful 8 year career in Asia, having taken Europe by storm with his creative and unique dance style.
