Pimp my ski technique!
Mark Gee unlike most Norwegians has not been born with skis on.
He was introduced to the art of X-county skiing relatively late in life at the age of 17, but this has not stopped him excelling in the winter world of cross country skiing.
14 years full time training as a national athlete with the British Biathlon Team later, Mark has learnt, devolped and enhanced his x-country techniques (Classic & Skating) to perfection.
For Mark it did not stop and technique perfection, but all the hard work, determination and dedication made it possible for him to compete in three winter Olympic Games and 127 biathlon world cup races in Biathlon for Great Britain.
Mark believes it is possible for anyone, no matter the level to learn and develop their ski technique.
Mark will break it down (back to basics) to introduce / re-introduced the correct techniques Step-by-Step, focusing on good posture, balance, rhythm and co-ordination – all key elements for a competent Cross country skier.
